Queuing lasts between 1 hour and a half. And to request the studies, 30 minutes... in what I was queuing for 1 hour, there was a person at the counter, I entered the branch and was still at the counter... I don't know if there is a lack of more staff or they are too SLOW. Visiting this branch is sure to take you 2 hours

They set opening hours that they do not respect, terrible attention from the workers, I went on a Sunday and it is clear that they are just waiting to leave, do not offer attention on a Sunday, better

We arrived at 6:20, there are more than 14 people waiting, only two in the laboratory, one registers you and the other takes the shots The staff that arrives at 7, go up to talk and not attend Finally, the blood was taken at 7:05 and now she is waiting on the second floor for electro, where there is no one to attend. And that they are supposed to start work at 6:00 am

They take a long time to serve you, when I arrived I took an appointment and seeing how late they were, I went to the hospital next door to make my quote, I returned and they had only advanced one appointment, I went to do some shopping at the Walmart that is also next door and when I returned They had only advanced another shift "because their system crashed", anyway I had time to call other laboratories to make my quotes and after an hour (or more) they assisted me 🫤

Very slow service, nothing organized. It is not possible that for the taking of samples (blood, in my case) they take more than an hour and a half to be able to call you. Since 8:00 am at the branch, it is 09:30 and there is no answer.
